Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator/Manager to lead and oversee BCP related projects for our financial client. This role is vital in driving project success through strategic planning, effective communication, and meticulous execution. Responsibilities

• Coordinate release management activities including deployment planning, disaster recovery procedures, and post-implementation reviews for enterprise software solutions.
• Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation using tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, develop comprehensive project scopes, and define success criteria aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage project tasks & schedules using WBS.
• Oversee the development and execution of test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development processes to ensure quality deliverables.
• Facilitate communication across teams by maintaining clear documentation of project status updates, meeting notes, and change requests using Jira, VersionOne, or TFS.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing IT projects within enterprise environments utilizing methodologies such as Agile, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), or Waterfall.
• Strong knowledge of IT and BCP, and Disaster Recovery.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes, IT governance principles, requirements gathering techniques, and release management strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; capable of conducting impact analysis and developing innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration among technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership qualities with experience in program management or leading cross-functional teams through complex project phases.
• Knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery Plans, user acceptance testing procedures, and version control practices is highly desirable.
