Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Program Manager 
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to lead large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program management, supply chain operations, analytics, and data-driven decision-making, with experience managing global cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years (or 16+ years for senior level) of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or hardware operations.
  • 5+ years managing complex supply chain transformation or implementation programs.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or CSCP certification is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, MS Project, or similar project management tools.

Key Skills

  • End-to-end supply chain program management and governance.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain execution, planning, and visibility.
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT, BI reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of scalable data models and AI-driven analytics for supply chain.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading global cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage risks, vendors, budgets, timelines, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation programs from planning through execution.
  • Manage Connected Supply Chain platform implementation and ongoing enhancements.
  • Establish governance, project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and executive communications.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, dependency management, and benefit realization.
  • Partner with business leaders, supply chain teams, technology groups, and vendors.
  • Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and decision-support tools to improve supply chain visibility.
  • Leverage analytics to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
