Job Description
Job Title: Supply Chain Program Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to lead large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program management, supply chain operations, analytics, and data-driven decision-making, with experience managing global cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years (or 16+ years for senior level) of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or hardware operations.
- 5+ years managing complex supply chain transformation or implementation programs.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSCP certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
Key Skills
- End-to-end supply chain program management and governance.
- Strong understanding of supply chain execution, planning, and visibility.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT, BI reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Knowledge of scalable data models and AI-driven analytics for supply chain.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage risks, vendors, budgets, timelines, and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation programs from planning through execution.
- Manage Connected Supply Chain platform implementation and ongoing enhancements.
- Establish governance, project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and executive communications.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, dependency management, and benefit realization.
- Partner with business leaders, supply chain teams, technology groups, and vendors.
- Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and decision-support tools to improve supply chain visibility.
- Leverage analytics to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
