Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation Consultant- Need Local candidates from Houston

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing administration of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and experience managing the complete annual compensation cycle.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Workforce Compensation.
• Experience supporting the complete annual compensation cycle, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Experience configuring compensation plans, budgets, eligibility profiles, worksheets, approval hierarchies, and security.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Ability to recommend Oracle best practices and optimize compensation processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Absence Management.
• Experience integrating Workforce Compensation with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Time & Labor and/or UKG is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile implementation projects.
