- achelor s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of SAP functional experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash / Customer Service.
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in end-to-end O2C processes SAP SD, Stockroom, CS and related Sales & Service processes.
- Experience with at least three full SAP implementations or major rollout projects Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield.
Strong experience with SAP configuration across order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer master processes.
Strong cross functional knowledge of dependencies with other Logistics & Accounting processes & modules.
- Ability to write clear functional specifications and work effectively with technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in global engineering matrixed organizations that entails manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, industrial, or engineering-driven environments.
