We are seeking a dedicated physician to join a leading national mental health provider specializing in psychosomatic disorders for adolescents. This organization is the third-largest psychosomatic clinic in Germany, renowned for its comprehensive therapeutic approaches and commitment to patient well-being in a picturesque location.

The Role

• Assume initial specialist leadership responsibilities on our child and adolescent psychosomatic ward, with the potential for full specialist leadership.
• Progressively take responsibility for clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents, with structured guidance.
• Represent the Chief Physician in a senior consultant capacity and actively contribute to ward development.
• Provide supervision for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Conduct admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary peer reviews to ensure high-quality patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or in the 4th year of residency in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy.
• Advanced or completed psychotherapy further training.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working with physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, educational teams, and specialist therapists.
