Job Description

As a Senior Consultant /Solution Architect, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Compliance modules. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

·       Architect end-to-end Workforce Software solutions tailored to client needs.

·       Lead technical design sessions and create solution blueprints.

·       Ensure integration with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems, and other enterprise platforms.

Implementation & Configuration

·       Configure WFS modules (Time, Scheduling, ACT, Forecasting).

·       Develop and test custom scripts using JavaScript, HTML, or SQL.

·       Perform unit/system testing and validate against business requirements.

·       Client Engagement & Strategy

·       Conduct workshops to gather and refine business requirements.

·       Provide strategic guidance on workforce optimization and compliance.

·       Serve as a subject matter expert during pre-sales and delivery phases.

Project Leadership

·       Manage small to mid-sized implementation projects.

·       Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

·       Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development.

Integration & Reporting

·       Design and implement interfaces using APIs and ETL tools.

·       Enable standard and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

·       5+ years of experience in Workforce Software implementation.

·       Deep expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Reporting.

·       Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, SQL, HTML).

·       Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Payroll (preferred).

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

·       Experience in workforce Software time and attendance module preferably with PT102 certification.

·       WFS for the Time and attendance, work schedules, quota banks pay code validations, time results validation, able to navigate through the WFS configurations, policy editor and confirm the results are as per the business configurations.

·       WFS TOR

·       WFS integration with other SF EC, ECP & ECC and other work management modules.

·       Execute the required reports and assist business with testing, cutover and go-live of WFS T&A.

·       Prior experience in SAP Time management and SAP Payroll is an advantage.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Workforce Software certifications (Time, ACT, Interfaces).

·       Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

·       Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Cognos).

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HRIS, or related field.
