Job Description

Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: New York, NY

What we're looking for?

  • We need someone with 5+ years of product management experience who has launched zero-to-one products and owned complex product domains end-to-end. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment, working across engineering, design, and GTM teams, and navigating trade-offs between engineering capacity and customer demands. Bonus points if you have AI/ML product experience and some CS background.

What you'll do:

  • Own your product area from discovery and requirements to launch, adoption, and iteration across a complex, highly visual platform
  • Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously with significant ownership, serving as the point of contact with large strategic partners and customers
  • Work deeply across the stack—frontend UX, backend systems, and AI/ML components—collaborating closely with a strong engineering team
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and specs while maintaining high velocity
  • Partner directly with co-founders and cross-functional stakeholders to define the roadmap and deliver high-quality features at a fast cadence
  • Drive a culture of fast learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement while being scrappy and pragmatic in a Series A environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of PM experience with startup or zero-to-one product launch experience — the hiring manager (co-founder Jagriti) said this is close to a must-have
  • Has launched complex products and managed multiple complex projects simultaneously with high ownership
  • Customer-facing experience with large/strategic customers — Jagriti called this between a nice-to-have and must-have, leaning toward must-have
  • Works closely with designers on highly visual products — this is a must-have given how visual Client's platform is
  • Some CS background or technical fluency is helpful — they don't need to be super technical but should collaborate credibly with a strong engineering team
  • Low-ego, mission-driven, willing to work hard — the team explicitly said they care about hiring people who genuinely care about the mission and won't clock in/out at 9-5
