Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an expert advisor to guide custom development, ensure best practices, and maintain platform health across a multi-org environment.

 

Location: Nashville, TN (TN Locals Only)

 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

 

Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person

 

Key Responsibilities (The Crux)

• Technical Oversight: Review and advise on custom code, frameworks, and architecture developed by internal and partner teams.

 

• Governance & Standards: Ensure all technical solutions align with security standards, governor limits, and best practices.

 

• Multi-Cloud Management: Support solutions across Public Sector, Experience, Service, and Sales Clouds.

 

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.

 

• Core Tech Stack: Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and complex integration patterns.

 

• DevOps & Agile: CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 

• Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer II (required or to be obtained within timeframe).

 

Education & Background

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

 

• Background Check: Fingerprinting and background verification required.

 

• Preferred: Prior Public Sector/Government or Multi-Org environment experience.
