The Data Analyst supports SOW Core Task 4, Data Analytics and Process Improvement, for the HHS Digital Accessibility Program.

Skills to screen for
Data analytics: defining metrics, assessing available data, planning data collection and analysis

•       AI/ML predictive modeling: finding patterns in service requests and testing results, forecasting demand

•       Natural language processing (NLP): automatically categorizing user feedback and helpdesk requests

•       Process improvement frameworks: identifying, following and applying them

•       Presenting factual findings and predictive insights that support data-driven decisions

•       Microsoft Word for deliverables

Responsibilities

1.      Follow and accept frameworks for conducting process improvement activities.

2.      Determine the appropriate metrics required to conduct the data analytics activities.

3.      Determine what data is available and recommend a plan to obtain any additional data required for a full analysis.

4.      Determine a mechanism for collecting and analyzing data from all program activities to mature the HHS Digital Accessibility Program.

5.      Apply data analytics and AI/ML models to present factual representations and predictive insights, including AI-driven predictive models to identify patterns in service requests and testing results, forecast future demand and pinpoint recurring accessibility barriers across the agency.

6.      Identify and follow a process improvement framework.

7.      Use NLP to analyze user feedback and helpdesk requests to automatically categorize issues and recommend targeted process improvements or training interventions.

8.      Deliver the Data Analytics Plan (1 month after award, monthly, MS Word) and the Process Improvement Plan (2 months after award, monthly, MS Word).
