Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.
We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About the Role:
The Senior Events Manager for Community Engagement will be a key driver in building and executing events in local communities. These events will directly support Crusoe’s responsible approach to data center buildouts, and increase transparency and collaboration with regional leaders and community members. This person will work in close partnership with our Digital Infrastructure Group, Real Estate, and Government Affairs teams.
We’re seeking a highly organized and structured events professional with a successful track record of delivering a high-volume of proprietary (1P) events with executive-level and/or government official involvement. You will be responsible for end-to-end event management, ensuring seamless execution, measurable results, and strong cross-functional partnerships.
Key to success is your ability to quickly establish repeatable and scalable event processes. You will take a customer-focused and programmatic approach to designing and executing high-value events. It is essential that you are knowledgeable and engaged with Crusoe’s mission and products to ensure our execution drives the desired business outcomes.
What You'll Be Working On:
Design, plan, and execute events that drive community engagement in local markets.
Serve as the primary program manager, driving cross-functional alignment and accountability across marketing, real estate, government affairs, digital infrastructure group, and senior leadership teams to orchestrate cohesive events.
Develop and manage comprehensive event project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all operational milestones are met.
Oversee all event logistics and operations, including venue sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, registration, stage design, staffing, and post-event reporting.
Manage vendor relationships (agencies, production, catering, etc.), ensuring high-quality service and cost efficiency.
Develop and maintain detailed event metrics and reports, and propose improvements for future events.
Establish scalable event processes, templates, and best practices to ensure repeatable, high-quality execution as the company and event volume grow.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
7-10 years of experience in event marketing or program management, preferably within a high-growth high-tech environment.
Proven track record of managing and executing complex events, from high-touch executive programs to community engagement.
Exceptional organizational, project management, and attention-to-detail skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Strong understanding of event logistics, contract negotiation, vendor management, and budget administration.
Strong program management capabilities, including the ability to influence and drive alignment among diverse cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, legal).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with internal executives and external partners.
Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Luma) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
