We're a privately owned, woman-owned small animal practice in beautiful Zion Crossroads, Virginia, and we're looking for an Associate Veterinarian who wants to be part of something special.

Our doctors enjoy a consistent four-day work week with one dedicated surgery/admitted patient day, three appointment days, and a weekday off. No weekends. No on-call shifts. No overnight responsibilities. Just a schedule that allows you to be fully present at work and fully present for the people and activities you love outside of it.

• Requirements:*
• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Virginia
• Strong medical and surgical skills, or a desire to continue developing them
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Availability to work 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, with 3 days in appointments and 1 day in surgery/admitted/emergency with a consistent schedule
