Job Description
Seeking an Application Analyst to support and administer AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Lovable. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with excellent communication skills and experience supporting, configuring, and provisioning technical applications.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a technical/application support role.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting or administering software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related field.
- Experience administering or configuring AI applications.
- Experience with APIs, reporting, data analytics, or custom applications.
- Higher education experience is a plus.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and business process analysis.
Note: Occasional after-hours, weekend, or holiday support may be required.
