Job Details:

• Pay: Up to £44,000 per annum
• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
• Duration: Permanent

Job Role: As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for completing service and maintenance on factory machinery including injection moulding machines. Duties include planned maintenance checks (daily, weekly, quarterly), fault finding and breakdown repair, and working across pneumatic, hydraulic, motorised, and robotic systems. You will also be expected to cover out-of-hours call outs as part of the shift pattern.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer / Technician
• Excellent track record of troubleshooting and breakdown repair
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Experience maintaining Injection Moulding Equipment (as a Toolmaker or a Maintenance Technician)
• Qualifications related to Hydraulic & Pneumatic Engineering
• Qualifications related to Robotics Engineering/Repair
• IPAF
• PASMA
• Working at Heights
• FLT Licence
• Overhead Crane Licence

There may be a requirement for this role to switch to shift work in the future:

• Hours of Work: Rotating shift pattern: 6am - 2pm | 2pm - 10pm | 10pm - 6am
