The Role

• Lead strategic searches to attract and hire top-tier technology talent.
• Partner closely with IT leaders and HR to define talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive IT candidates.
• Ensure a positive and "legendary" candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies to shape and guide hiring decisions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing.
• Proven ability to recruit for technical roles within the technology sector.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• A driven and positive attitude, capable of navigating challenges effectively.
