Job Description

Role : IT Project Coordinator  

Location: 1 Enterprise Drive, Quincy, MA (Hybrid)

Duration:  Long term

Role Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining project plans, RAID logs, risk registers, and status reports while coordinating day-to-day activities across business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership. The coordinator facilitates project meetings, tracks milestones and action items, and ensures projects adhere to established PMO standards and methodologies. This is a hybrid engagement based in Quincy, MA on a 37.5-hour work week with no overtime.

Technical Skills

  • Project Management Tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Confluence
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid SDLC
  • PMO Practices: RAID Log management, Risk Register, Change Management, Budget Tracking, Requirements Gathering
  • Domain Knowledge: Enterprise IT, healthcare, government, or similarly regulated environments preferred

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication — capable of producing executive-level status updates and meeting minutes
  • Proactive follow-through on action items and ability to hold stakeholders accountable
  • Collaborative mindset — comfortable working across technical teams, business owners, vendors, and leadership
  • Attention to detail in documentation and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of IT project coordination, project management, PMO, or business analysis experience
  • PMP, CSM, or related project management certification preferred
  • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, application integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems is a plus
