Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (Delivery) to join our team at Applied Materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management knowledge and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and driving project success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong project management knowledge and experience, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in project delivery.
• Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivery.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
