Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, AWS, MCP Servers, Model Gateway architecture, AI agent frameworks, and Python development.

This role will focus on building scalable multi-agent systems, AI orchestration frameworks, enterprise AI platforms, and secure integrations with business applications and data sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions using AWS Agent Core Gateway, MCP Servers, and Model Gateway architectures.
• Develop and manage multi-agent systems, agent frameworks, tool orchestration, and autonomous AI workflows.
• Design and implement MCP Servers (Model Context Protocol) for secure integration between AI agents, enterprise applications, data sources, and business tools.
• Build and manage Model Gateway capabilities, including model routing, orchestration, governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Establish AI tool governance, security guardrails, access controls, compliance standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Develop scalable and production-ready AI services and orchestration frameworks using Python and cloud-native technologies.
• Design and implement AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Knowledge Bases, and Knowledge Graphs.
• Develop AI solutions utilizing DynamoDB, Redis, and NoSQL databases.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI/GenAI initiatives, preferably within large or regulated organizations.
• Drive AI platform modernization, reusable AI accelerators, engineering best practices, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams working on Agentic AI, GenAI, and enterprise AI architecture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise AI/GenAI solutions.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale AI implementations for enterprise or Fortune 500 organizations.
