Job description

Job Title: Head of Sales Salary: 100,000 to 130,000 Location: London, hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

You have led a sales team that turns genuine interest into a considered decision. Not a click, not an enquiry left to go cold, but a person who books a time to see the product, has a proper conversation, takes their time, and commits. You know how to sell something people care about and spend real money on. Now you want to own that whole journey somewhere ambitious enough to let you shape it.

Why this role

This is a design-led British brand, young enough that the sales organisation is still being built rather than inherited, and established enough to have award-winning products, real demand and growing international momentum. You will take full ownership of sales, from strategy to the number on the board, working directly with the leadership team on how the brand sells across the UK, Germany, France and the US.

What you'll do

You will own revenue delivery, forecasting and pipeline visibility across several markets. You will build the team, structure and KPIs to scale sales without losing the quality of the customer experience.

You will drive disciplined use of HubSpot across the customer journey, from first enquiry to the day the customer takes their purchase home, and use the data to sharpen conversion at every stage. You will build partnerships that widen how people first experience the product in person, including demonstration and ride experiences, and work closely with marketing, operations and customer experience to keep the commercial engine aligned.

You will also coach your team, represent the brand at events and challenge any process that slows growth.

About the company

This is a British electric motorcycle brand, built around design, craft and a loyal customer base. Its award-winning products are made in the Midlands, and its footprint is growing across the UK, Europe and the US. A commercial team of over fifty works from London. The business has grown fast on real product and real customer loyalty, and is now investing in the commercial structure to match its ambition to lead the global two-wheeled EV market.

About you

The essential bar is direct-to-consumer sales leadership, not dealer, wholesale or channel management. You will have personally owned a high-value, consultative funnel: a lead is qualified, an appointment or in-person experience is booked, the conversation unfolds over one or more meetings, a quote follows, the customer takes time to decide, and the sale closes, often with flexible payment options alongside.

You will have been accountable for revenue against target, conversion at every stage, average order value, drop-out rates, forecast accuracy, CRM discipline and team productivity.

Your background could be premium fashion or accessories, luxury watches or jewellery, high-end home and furniture, premium fitness equipment, design-led consumer tech, premium bikes or lifestyle products, or any brand that sells through appointments, studios or showrooms. Your title might be Head of Sales, Sales Director, Commercial Director, Country Manager, Regional Director or VP of Sales. You might lead directly or through others, so long as you have genuinely owned the number.

Rewards & growth

You will have real influence over how this business sells, not a strategy role once removed from the number. As the brand enters new markets, the scope of the role grows with it, with the chance to build a sales organisation from the ground up and grow with it internationally.
