The Role

• Planning, execution, and reflection of pedagogical programs and activities.
• Providing pedagogical support to individual children and small groups.
• Undertaking household and caregiving tasks (e.g., kitchen duties, changing diapers).
• Engaging in conceptual teamwork, including joint planning and organisation of daily routines.
• Supporting the implementation of concepts and projects.

What You'll Need

• State-recognised training as a Heilerziehungspfleger (m/f/d), a degree in Social Pedagogy, or a comparable qualification enabling recognition as a pedagogical specialist in childcare facilities.
• A genuine passion for pedagogical work with children and a compassionate nature.
• Enthusiasm for diverse challenges and openness to various providers and institutions.
• Creativity and strong teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility.
