Remote - Immediate interviews for Senior .NET Full Stack Developer - 12 months contract

12+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack.
Proven experience in a Technical Lead / .NET Lead role, managing and mentoring development teams.
Strong hands-on development experience with C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Web API.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services, specifically:
Google Cloud Run
Google Cloud Run Jobs
Google Pub/Sub
Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices.
Ability to work closely with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, and Cross-functional Teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong experience leading Agile/Scrum development teams and driving sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
Excellent problem-solving, architectural, and technical decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with code reviews, best practices, performance optimization, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Preferred:

Experience in cloud-native application architecture and distributed systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.
Exposure to containerization technologies and cloud deployment strategies.
