  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate tools, technologies, and implementation strategies.
  • Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices across projects.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in solution discovery, planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
  • 10-15 years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • Strong expertise with Python, SQL, and Azure cloud services.
  • Experience with GIS technologies, geospatial data platforms, and Esri-based application ecosystems.
  • Experience leading technical teams and overseeing enterprise-scale data initiatives.
  • Experience designing and implementing data pipelines, integrations, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within utility, energy, or other asset-intensive industries.
  • Experience reviewing technical designs, implementation approaches, and engineering deliverables.

Preferred

  • Experience with computer vision, imagery, LiDAR, or related large-scale image datasets.
  • Consulting experience in a client-facing environment.
