Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX OR Cleveland, OH – (5 days Onsite)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Must have practical knowledge of AI Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted software development.
• 8+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• Proven experience leading Agile development teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise applications within the banking domain.
• Expertise in Kafka and Flowable BPM is highly preferred.
