Associate Director, AI Platform Integrations

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, platform integrations, or related roles
• Strong experience integrating systems through APIs, OAuth, webhooks, SAML, SCIM, and related technologies
• Experience working with multiple large language model providers and AI platforms
• Ability to understand technical documentation, troubleshoot integrations, and develop prototypes when needed
• Experience managing vendor relationships, escalations, and implementation efforts
• Strong communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans

Desired Skills & Experience

• Background within legal technology, financial services, healthcare, consulting, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with enterprise document management platforms
• Experience supporting information security, compliance, and data governance reviews
• Knowledge of retrieval augmented generation architectures, AI agents, and Model Context Protocol integrations
• Experience evaluating emerging AI products and conducting proof of concept initiatives
