About the Role
We're supporting a leading defence and engineering organisation as it continues to expand a strategically significant project delivery function supporting a diverse portfolio of complex technology programmes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team responsible for driving successful delivery across multiple engineering and software-focused projects. You'll work with a broad range of stakeholders, gain exposure to technically challenging programmes and play a key role in delivering projects on time, on cost and on quality.
What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across a varied programme portfolio.
• Working closely with engineering, commercial and technical teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Driving project performance across cost, schedule, quality and risk management activities.
• Supporting bidding, estimating and planning activities for future work.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
• Helping ensure consistent application of project management standards and best practices.
• Supporting the successful delivery of a broad and technically complex portfolio of work.

What We're Looking For

• Experience delivering projects or programmes within engineering, technology or defence environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets and risks.
• Exposure to bid management, estimating or commercial delivery activities.
• Strong business judgement and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to operate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
• A proactive approach and the confidence to work in evolving and complex environments.
