The Role

• Manage the nursing schedule to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders to identify and implement staffing improvements.
• Advise supervisors on any scheduling issues or staffing ratio concerns.
• Ensure all employee files meet regulatory compliance standards.
• Coordinate and communicate educational opportunities for nursing staff.
• Distribute nursing schedules efficiently and in a timely manner.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in staffing or scheduling within a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards is beneficial.
