Remote Technology Support Specialist: Fleet & Monitoring

Konica Minolta Australia is seeking a Remote Technology Support Specialist to deploy and manage device monitoring and fleet management solutions. You will work with customers to install monitoring agents, ensure meter reads, automate consumables ordering, and diagnose devices.

This hands-on role emphasizes collaboration with customers, service teams and internal stakeholders. The position is primarily office-based with a Hybrid Work Arrangement under KM policies.
