Job Description

SOFTWARE ENGINEER Praxis Engineering, A GDIT company, creates exciting and novel mission solutions in the chaotic world of cyber related technologies and products. Praxis has immediate openings for Software Engineers who are looking to tackle the unknown and create game-changing capabilities! WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING A Software Engineer researches, analyzes, various 802.11 traffic and subsequently designs, authors, enhances, verifies, and releases high-quality operational software which satisfies mission and foundational requirements. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, and seven(7) years of experience as a Software Engineer, in programs and projects of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
* Key skills in: C++, User interface development (Flutter, QT, etc), 802.11, Matlab, DSP
* Familiarity with in and out of band Wifi standards and protocols a plus
* Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Specific duties include: * Implement development in a tailored agile methodology, utilizing GitLab for build/merges
* Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components
* Clearly communicating in a team environment with fellow engineers, stakeholders, and customers
* Estimate, decompose, and implement iterative tasks, automated tests, and routine builds, in a team environment
