Scale language model experiences across voice, SMS, and email while maintaining consistent, personalized conversations.
Evaluate emerging agent tools and research, and incorporate useful advances into the software platform.
What We're Looking For
Zero to four years of experience as a software engineer, agent engineer, or applied AI engineer.
Hands-on engineering experience focused on AI agents or large-scale AI applications, including conversational agents and agent harnesses used beyond prototypes.
Experience developing evaluations and tracing infrastructure for production AI agents.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, with applied LLM experience and familiarity with tools such as LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK, voice AI, SMS APIs, and multi-agent orchestration.
An undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent strong technical foundations.
A proactive, resourceful approach to solving difficult engineering problems; experience or interest in healthtech, healthcare, or life sciences is valued.
