The Role

• Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical aspects, adhering to company standards, and managing daily operational planning.
• Provide customer service from order acceptance to vehicle return, advising and assisting clients.
• Manage invoicing, handle customer payments, schedule, and process incoming orders.
• Ensure quality assurance measures, proper inventory management, and audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade and ideally several years of professional experience, preferably as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undergo a skills test or already hold the "Operations Manager (HWK)" certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and basic computer proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trust.
