Responsibilities:

· Lead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.

· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet fixed-bid and public sector objectives.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.

· Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies.

· Conduct regular status meetings and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and government regulations in public sector projects.

· Drive continuous process improvement and innovation in project management practices.

Qualifications:

· 10+ years of experience in project management, with proven expertise in project leadership and the application of project management methodologies.

· Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing fixed-price / fixed-bid projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and delivery.

· Strong experience leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.

· PMP certification preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is nice to have.

· Experience managing complex project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change management.

· Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

· Experience delivering projects in public sector environments is a plus.

· Exposure to account management and business development activities is desirable.

· Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
