Pay Range: $80 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities with the project sponsor and project leader to help define the project and finalize the project charter (high-level objectives in terms of scope, schedule, and resources, deliverables/milestones, and success criteria)
• Lead project planning sessions with all project stakeholders, capturing WBS activities into an integrated project schedule
• Monitor & control the day-to-day project activities and reflect progress in the project schedule and RAID log
• Establish and facilitate appropriate project governance, including project status and steering committee meeting cadences; prepare meeting agendas, and track action items
• Capture and summarize meeting notes, actions, decision and action logs and communicate with relevant stakeholders
• Leverage project schedule and RAID log to drive alignment on and communication of status of deliverables and milestones, and key risks/issues affecting progress
• Lead risk mitigation and issue contingency discussions to escalate (as necessary) and address obstacles
• Ensure project artifacts (technical, legal, contract, financial, etc.) are organized, contents are updated timely and accessible to project teams
• Other project related activities as assigned

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have s:- Monday.com Project Manager
• RAID
• PMP certification
• Advanced PPM software experience (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.)
• Medical device company experience
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and attention to details skills
• Ability to communicate succinctly based on audiences
• Bachelor s degree in business, engineering, or related field
• Experience leading complex projects/program with cross-functional workstreams in highly matrixed organizations
• Active PMP certification
• 10+ years of experience in similar roles
• Advanced PPM software experience (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.)
• Experience leading projects involving marketing, branding
• This role will regularly interact with large groups of senior executives; must have impeccable communications and presentation skills
• The candidate will work under the guidance of a Senior Director, and must be capable of working independently to drive and orchestrate cross functional activities
• Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ area
• Work Type: Hybrid; in-office 3 days/week
