Interim Head of Resource & Capability — Talent Leader

Morgan Law is urgently seeking an Interim Head of Resource & Capability for a Civil Service client for an initial period of 3 months. The role offers up to £700 per day through an umbrella company and allows for hybrid working from London, Cardiff, or Glasgow.

Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership experience within the UK Civil Service and will be responsible for setting strategic resourcing directions, leading talent acquisition processes, and enhancing diversity and inclusion strategies.
