PROCESS: The selection will be made based on an online questionnaire, 60min MCQ test, and resume/education/certification

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-difficulty pathology and laboratory medicine cases and benchmark tasks.
  • Review pathology reports, laboratory findings, clinical history, and longitudinal medical records.
  • Identify clinically significant findings, inconsistencies, missing information, diagnostic risks, and documentation gaps.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for diagnostic accuracy, clinical relevance, terminology, completeness, and patient safety.
  • Create gold-standard answers and clinically defensible reference solutions.
  • Assess whether pathology interpretations are appropriately correlated with clinical context and other diagnostic findings.
  • Review differential diagnoses and identify unsupported or unsafe conclusions.
  • Apply structured rubrics to evaluate reasoning, terminology, documentation quality, and clinical accuracy.
  • Participate in peer review and calibration of complex or ambiguous cases.
  • Incorporate feedback and refine tasks through iterative review cycles.
  • Medical degree or equivalent professional qualification with specialization in Pathology / Laboratory Medicine.

  • Approximately 8+ years of professional pathology experience.
  • Strong diagnostic experience interpreting pathology findings and correlating them with clinical information.
  • Strong ability to review complex, fragmented, or longitudinal medical records.
  • Experience producing or reviewing formal diagnostic reports and clinical documentation.
  • Strong written English and ability to provide precise, clinically defensible reasoning.
