The Role

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, junior doctors, co-therapists, and medical-therapeutic assistants.
• Supervise psychotherapeutic and somatic treatments, and guide staff in psychotherapeutic training through supervision and small group settings.
• Chair regular interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care across various specialist therapies.
• Provide guideline-based medical and psychotherapeutic treatment to patients, supported by medical-therapeutic assistants.
• Participate in the on-call duty roster for the psychosomatic specialist department.
• Conduct and participate in internal training and further education sessions.

What You'll Need

• Specialist qualification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and/or Psychosomatic Medicine.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook).
• High level of empathy and a strong interest in the integration of somatic medicine and psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated commitment, openness, and drive, with a team-oriented approach, leadership skills, autonomy, and flexibility.
