Compensation Manager

Manage global compensation programs, including salary structures, market pricing, job evaluations, merit cycles, analytics, and governance. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to support competitive and equitable pay, improve compensation processes and tools, and maintain compliance with applicable employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage salary structures, merit planning, promotions, and off-cycle compensation adjustments.
• Conduct job evaluations, leveling, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking.
• Provide compensation recommendations and support incentive and bonus administration.
• Develop compensation dashboards, reporting, and workforce cost analyses.
• Partner with HRIS and technology teams to improve compensation systems and workflows.
• Maintain compensation governance, documentation, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
