Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Azure Cloud, and modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions while contributing to product development, architecture, code reviews, and automated testing.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure-based microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Experience leading development teams and knowledge of life insurance operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

·         Design, develop, and deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software features using .NET technologies.

·         Troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve bugs, and reduce technical debt.

·         Design and implement microservices-based applications using Azure Cloud.

·         Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices.

·         Develop automated testing strategies and implement Test-Driven Development (TDD).

·         Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release management, and DevOps practices.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.

·         Lead technical discussions, evaluate new technologies, and recommend solutions.

·         Prepare technical documentation and participate in Agile ceremonies, including Scrum and Kanban.

·         Support application security assessments and ensure compliance with corporate security policies.
