Data Engineer PYTHON/SQL

STRONG PYTHON AND SQL

Essential Functions * Develop and optimize Python-based data transformation workflows, models, and pipelines that integrate Maximo and GIS data sources.
* Design, develop and maintain scalable data warehouses using SQL that support reporting and analytics.
* Develop and maintain entity relationship diagrams (ERDs) and technical documentation to support strong data governance.
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability through automated monitoring, testing, validation, reconciliation processes, and data engineering best practices.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts, analysts, business stakeholders, and technology teams to implement Databricks as a scalable data platform that supports machine learning, and predictive maintenance initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
* Experience designing, developing, and supporting data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data integration solutions.
* Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and supporting analytics and reporting.
* Experience working with large and complex data sets while ensuring data quality, integrity, and reliability.
* Working knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and/or geographic information systems (GIS).
