The Role

• Lead the psychiatric and therapeutic treatment of complex psychosomatic conditions, holding senior physician responsibility for assigned patients.
• Oversee diagnostic and therapeutic processes, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and high professional standards.
• Provide supportive and goal-oriented leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering constructive interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Supervise and mentor junior physicians and therapists, supporting their professional and personal growth.

What You'll Need

• Specialist qualification in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy.
• Proven experience in independent senior physician roles within a clinical setting.

• A structured, independent working style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
