Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Snowflake AI Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake Cortex, Cortex Agents, CoWork, and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing, optimizing, and scaling AI-powered solutions in production environments.

SAP experience is not mandatory for this requirement. We are specifically looking for candidates with deep Snowflake Cortex and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Validate, enhance, and optimize existing production AI Agentic frameworks.

Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Snowflake Cortex.

Develop and optimize Snowflake Cortex Agents and AI-powered workflows.

Scale production AI solutions to support growth from hundreds to thousands of users.

Design enterprise-grade AI architectures with a focus on performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Integrate LLM-powered applications with enterprise data using Snowflake's native AI capabilities.

Optimize AI workloads, query performance, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Establish best practices for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production AI applications.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture and advanced Snowflake capabilities.

Deep expertise in Snowflake Cortex AI and Cortex Agents.

Practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks and AI-powered enterprise applications.

Experience building and deploying LLM-based solutions in production.

Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.

Experience scaling and optimizing AI applications for enterprise workloads.

Excellent communication, architecture, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI features, including Cortex Search and Cortex Analyst.

Experience with multi-agent workflows and enterprise AI use cases.

Familiarity with Python, SQL, APIs, and AI application integration.

Experience with Snowflake security, governance, and performance optimization.

Important Screening Criteria

Prioritize candidates with demonstrable, hands-on Snowflake Cortex and Agentic AI implementation experience.

SAP experience is a plus but not required.

Candidates with only traditional Snowflake data engineering or administration experience, without Cortex/AI expertise, will not be a fit.

Candidates must be comfortable with the initial one-month onsite requirement in Santa Monica, CA, followed by remote work.
