The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues, working both independently and collaboratively.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability and identify potential faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
• Document all system modifications and produce technical documentation for various audiences.
• Conduct pre-deployment testing and perform on-site installations of software upgrades and modifications.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low-voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Experience with fire alarm systems (Bosch, Silent Knight preferred; Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial systems a plus).
• Familiarity with network communications and IP addressing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
