You will create, design, and execute the entire academic program. This is curriculum creation, and delivery.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years teaching with proven academic leadership and exceptional student outcomes
• Private family experience required - extensive background as nanny, governess, or private educator
• Homeschool community experience with collaborative learning networks
• Master's in Education, Child Development, or academic specialty with distinction
• Montessori certification (AMI or AMS) with rigorous academic application
• IB training (PYP certification) with international standards expertise
• Background in curriculum design, program development, and academic direction
• Principled, emotional stability, professional wisdom
• Heart-centered approach - Tech-forward yet grounded - AI enthusiast and educational technology geek who remains humble and connected to nature
