Job Description

1st and 2nd shift available $22+

6am-4pm

4pm-4am (Flexible)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with a strong background operating CNC lathes and/or CNC mills. Candidates must be able to work independently, produce high-quality parts to specification, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines to produce quality parts according to specifications.
  • Perform setups and machining operations through completion while ensuring all parts meet quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, operation sheets, work instructions, and dimensional drawings.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges.
  • Set up and operate 3- and 4-axis CNC milling machines (mill operators).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
  • Properly use and care for company and personal precision tools.
  • Work effectively both independently and alongside supervisors and team members.
  • Perform machine setups, changeovers, and job breakdowns as needed.

Previous CNC machining experience required; CNC lathe experience is required for lathe positions.

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.

Strong understanding of machining processes and quality standards.

Experience with CNC mill setup (3- and 4-axis) is preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
