ServiceNow Platform Lead - Strategy, Governance & Automation

NCS Australia is seeking a senior ServiceNow leader to drive platform strategy, governance and roadmap. You will lead administrators, developers and platform specialists to deliver secure, scalable, compliant solutions aligned with business goals and Managed Services growth.

This role partners with stakeholders, manages budgets and vendors, and champions automation, AI-enabled capabilities and continuous improvement across the ServiceNow estate.
