Position: Lead Applied AI Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: San Jose, CA(Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Travel: Up to 50%

Key Requirement:

• This is a highly specialized Conversational AI / Agentic AI + Google Cloud Platform role. The most important requirement is hands-on experience with Google Conversational AI technologies, particularly Gemini, GECX/CCAI and Dialogflow, along with strong Google Cloud Platform experience.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Conversational AI / Agentic AI
• Google Gemini / Gemini-based AI solutions
• Google CCAI / Conversational AI
• Dialogflow / Dialogflow CX
• Strong Google Cloud Platform experience
• 5+ years of software development using Python
• Experience building and deploying AI Agents / Agentic workflows
• Experience with multi-Agent systems, ReAct, self-reflection, etc.
• RAG / Enterprise Knowledge Bases
• API and microservices integration with enterprise systems
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• AI evaluation (Evals), tracing and observability
• Experience taking AI prototypes/POCs into production
• Full-stack development and enterprise infrastructure integration
• Strong troubleshooting/debugging experience in production environments
