What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training or state examination as an Aged Care Nurse, Registered Nurse, or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Experience in fundamental care and wound management.
• Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to act responsibly, even in critical situations.
• Willingness to undertake further training and development.
