The Role • Support enterprise-level IT infrastructure and services for mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) environments. • Administer, configure, and support Microsoft enterprise technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Certificate Authority/PKI. • Manage enterprise backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, ensuring data resiliency and compliance with DoD standards. • Design and maintain Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI). • Implement and maintain Data-At-Rest (DAR) encryption solutions and ensure systems align with DoD cybersecurity compliance. • Deliver secure, high-performance capabilities including VoIP, VDI, mobile computing, and video teleconferencing. What You'll Need • 12+ years of experience with enterprise systems engineering in a DoD or secure environment. • Experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies, virtualization platforms, or cloud services. • Experience with SAN, HCI, and backup or DR architectures. • Experience supporting deployable or tactical IT environments. • Experience with DoD cybersecurity compliance, including RMF or STIGs. • TS/SCI clearance required. • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.11 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date.
