Job Summary

Seeking a System Administrator to support server infrastructure, system operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and Tier III technical support in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.

• Manage VMware ESXi environments and server hardware.

• Monitor system health, logs, backups, security, and scheduled jobs.

• Perform OS patching, upgrades, system configuration, and performance tuning.

• Manage user accounts, file systems, storage, and system resources.

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide Tier III support.

• Perform backup verification, data archival, and recovery activities.

• Support network connectivity and data center monitoring.

• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration records.

• Coordinate with customers and technical teams to resolve incidents.
