Business Development Manager

Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Sell AI products and applications to enterprise customers using a consultative sales motion
• Research and identify potential customers and partners, building the pipeline and running a repeatable outreach and qualification process
• Build and customize pitch decks for each prospect by understanding their needs and how our client can deliver value
• Collaborate with forward deployed engineers (FDEs) to shape and deliver customer solutions
• Manage multiple customer and partner engagements in parallel, always driving the next step forward
• Adapt your approach in real-time based on customer feedback during conversations
• Engage with engineering teams by asking the right technical questions (architecture, sequence diagrams, documentation) to push beyond the status quo

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience selling AI products/applications to enterprises
• Experience working with forward deployed engineers (FDEs)
• Proven consultative selling experience, as opposed to selling simple SaaS with straightforward pricing
• Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem (infrastructure, platforms, models, applications) and how AI training and inferencing work
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure trends (compute, edge, memory, networking)
• Hands-on use of AI tools at work and at home
• Strong PowerPoint, presentation, and narrative-building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
