The business is continuing to invest in its brands, marketing capabilities and customer experience as it enters its next phase of growth.
We're seeking a Marketing Manager to help elevate brand presence, increase market awareness and deliver integrated campaigns that support both customer engagement and commercial performance.
This is a newly created role that will unify brand marketing and wider digital marketing activity, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging and customer experiences across every channel. Working closely with ecommerce, CRM, paid media and other specialist marketing functions, you'll play a key role in shaping how the business communicates with customers and grows its brands.

About the Role
This is a broad Marketing Manager position focused on building brand awareness, strengthening customer consideration and driving commercial growth across a portfolio of brands and websites.
You'll own the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring activity across social media, PR, content, email, paid media, partnerships, print, events and other marketing channels works together to create a consistent and compelling brand experience.
A key part of the role will be developing stronger brand foundations, creating clear positioning and messaging, and ensuring marketing activity supports both short-term commercial objectives and long-term brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Own brand positioning, messaging and storytelling across all customer-facing channels and touchpoints.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns and key trading initiatives.
- Shape the content strategy across websites, social media, email marketing, PR and campaign activity to ensure a consistent brand narrative.
- Manage offline marketing activity including print, direct mail, events, partnerships, exhibitions and wider brand-building initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility through PR, influencer activity, partnerships, sponsorships and other awareness-driving channels.
- Work closely with CRM, paid media, ecommerce and digital marketing teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and aligned around shared objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns, creative assets and customer experiences.
- Analyse campaign performance, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness, using data and insights to continually improve activity and return on investment.
- Manage marketing budgets, prioritise opportunities and ensure marketing investment delivers measurable commercial results.
About You
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similarly broad marketing role.
- Strong brand marketing and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to create compelling campaigns that resonate with customers.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Strong understanding of how brand marketing, content, CRM, paid media, social media, PR and ecommerce work together throughout the customer journey.
- Experience launching products, building marketing plans and coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of how marketing contributes to revenue, customer engagement and business growth.
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers and marketing budgets.
- Previous people management, mentoring or leadership experience.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable operating within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Experience working with agencies, managing multiple brands, or supporting offline marketing campaigns would be advantageous.
