About the role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Developer to join our Engineering Team. You will be a reliable, autonomous contributor responsible for delivering quality features and enhancements on our core platform. Working alongside senior developers and collaborating with Business Analysts, you will translate requirements into working software and play an integral part in our Agile delivery process.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using C# and .NET.
• Implement features, bug fixes and enhancements with minimal supervision.
• Write clean, testable and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand and clarify requirements.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience in C#/.NET back-end development.
• Solid experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or fintech.
• Familiarity with React or modern front-end frameworks.
• Exposure to Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
